Fall Release (2024)

Good To Gather

We’re about to get deep into the season of gathering—we hope the four bottles we handpicked for this release find their way into your festivities to help the feel-good flow.

Every Wine Has a Story to Tell

Bottle of Alpina 2023, with Postino exclusive label.

Alpina

Jacquère

Savoie, France • 2023

Mouthwateringly crisp Jacquère grapes create the “mountain fresh” vibe of this wine. Vibrant and high in acid, Alpina is a light and straightforward sip with saline minerality (and our fave with Crispy Cauliflower or anything with ricotta, date, or pistachio). You’ll find notes of juicy apple, pear, and citrus in tandem with fresh herbs and wildflowers.

An exclusive collaboration between Upward Projects, French Libation, and the Viallet family.

What to eat: Fondue and butter, all night long. Try eggplant parmesan or freshwater fish with this dry, easily approachable bottle.

Vicenza Bianco Frizzante

Glera, Garganega

Vicenza, Italy • NV

If there’s ever a time of the year for bubbles, it’s now. That’s why we turned to this Bianco Frizzante to bring it. A blend of Glera (synonymous with Prosecco) and Garganega grapes, you'll find Vicenza Frizzante to be a subtle but delicious bubbly and one that will have your friends asking for more.

Fun facts to share over the charcuterie board: Fun facts to share over the charcuterie board : Vicenza is an Upward Projects custom collab with legendary Mary Taylor Wines, is sustainably farmed, and the label, as with all of our custom wines, was designed by our amazingly talented graphics team.

What to eat: Mouthwatering dishes like smoked salmon, chicken, and tempura. Pair with shellfish and butter to inspire romantic evenings indoors this fall and winter.

A bottle of Cristia Grenache 2023 on a transparent background.

Cristia Ventoux

Grenache, Syrah

Ventoux, France • 2023

From the Ventoux terroir straight to your dinner party. This supremely delicious Grenache, Syrah blend explodes with lush fruit notes of blackberry, plum, and black cherry with hints of violets, thyme, and a whisper of delicate smokiness that recall the earthy garrigue of Southern France. Rich, concentrated, and elegant, it’s got a beautifully long finish that’ll see you through late night holiday gatherings with friends.

What to eat: Pair this Grenache with hardy red meats, pastas with red sauces, or a three meat pizza for an unforgettable dining experience.

A bottle of Lost Mountain red blend, from Walla Walla Winery, on a transparent background.

Lost Mountain

Red Blend

Walla Walla, Washington • 2022

Lost Mountain is a bottle filled with the spirit of Washington, of rich soils, pleasant breezes, sun-soaked days, and cool nights. Opening with ripe cherry and blackberry aromas and flavors, followed by notes of dark chocolate and leather, this wine finishes with lingering, silky tannins. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah, Lost Mountain is sure to be a crowd pleaser and a go to for your charcuterie, roasted veggies, or meatballs.

What to eat: We love Lost Mountain with light bites. The perfect charcuterie board wine; goes with any mix of roasted veggies, nuts, delicate meats, or salty cheeses.
